| Family - Initiation fee of
$300.00 and dues of $110.00 monthly. This membership entitles
husband, wife, and all children under the age of 18 living
at home to full membership privileges. |
| Single - Initiation fee of $200.00 and dues of
$90.00 monthly. This membership entitles an individual
to full membership privileges. |
| Senior - Initiation fee of
$100.00 and dues of $65.00 monthly. This membership entitles
an individual 60 years of age and older to full membership
privileges. |
| Student - Initiation fee of $100 and dues of
$50.00 monthly. This membership entitles an individual
23 years of age and under with a valid Student ID to full
membership privileges. |
| Corporate Family - Initiation
fee of $500.00 and dues of $265.00 monthly. This membership
entitles three families; husband, wife and children under
the age of 18 living at home to full membership privileges.
The company must employ all primary members and billing
will be done through the company. Additional members will
be an additional $75.00 monthly. |
| Corporate Single - Initiation fee of $400.00
and dues of $240.00 monthly. This membership entitles
three individuals to full membership privileges. The company
must employ all members and billing will be done through
the company. Additional members will be an additional
$65.00 monthly |
| Note - Corporate singles may
be added to the corporate family for an additional $65.00

| Membership Privileges - Memberships are a yearly
commitment and include unlimited golf, walking privileges,
twilight cart fee, pool privileges (including guest),
invitations to member only events, member appreciation
party, seven day in advance tee times, 20%
discount on all pro shop merchandise (not in conjunction
with any other sales or discounts), and charge privileges
in dining room and pro shop. Members will be responsible
for all charges incurred and will be billed monthly. Dues
are payable on or before the first of each month. Payments
not received on or before the fifteenth will incur a $25.00
late fee. Any payment forty-five days or more past due
will result in membership suspension and a reinstatement
fee that coincides with the initiation fee of the membership
type. |
